Habib Aminipour is the president of One Source Mortgage
Corporation. He has been employed in the mortgage industry for
more than twenty years and specializes in creative financing
for residential and commercial real estate. He has a degree from
Northeastern University in electrical engineering but has
pursued a career in real estate, financing and development of
properties. He is well regarded in the greater Boston community
and resides in Dover, Massachusetts, with his family. |

Stephen Mahnke was a classmate with Omeed Aminipour from preschool
through high school. He was born and raised in Belmont, Massachusetts,
graduating from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in
mathematics and has pursued a career in mortgage financing. He is
currently a loan originator at One Source Mortgage Corporation and upon
determination of the type of financing that best suits the client’s
need, he then prepares all the requisite documentation to obtain the
mortgage loan. |

Omeed Aminipour is following in the family’s foot
steps, being the fourth generation, by venturing in the real
estate and financing profession. Omeed was born in Belmont,
Massachusetts and remained there from grade through high school.
Currently, he is living in Dover, Massachusetts, and is
attending Northeastern University majoring in civil
engineering. He is currently a loan originator at One Source
Mortgage Corporation with six years experience and enjoys
satisfaction by assisting clients with the documentation to
secure the financing that best suits their financial needs. |
